CheckMe app for iPhone and iPad

CheckMe is an app promoted by GAT Portugal, member of Coalition Plus, and funded by the Portuguese General Health Directorate in partnership with AHF Europe, that aims to promote information on sexual health of men who have sex with men.
The application includes several services to support the management of users sexual health:
- Maps with places of socialization and prevention
- Information on sexually transmitted infections and prevention tools
- Medication management (PrEP, PEP, TasP and others)
- Reminders for health events (medical appointments, tests and others)
- History of partners and meetings
- Anonymous Partner Notification
